European Tour

where we travelled 3000 miles through 7 countries in 18 days.

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland.

Photograph (above) is the view from our camp site (Strandbad/ Herberge/ Camping/ Zeltplatz) just outside Steckborn, Switzerland.

This was the first camp site we used on our trip after our epic drive from Wolverhampton (803 miles - 1292 km).

The water is from the River Rhine as it flows towards Lake Konstanz - the Rheinsee (Bodensee). The opposite shore is Germany.
